All the tours listed are private and can be customized for you. Alternatively, message me with what you’d like to see and do and I will devise a customized itinerary just for you.

At the time of booking, you will be asked for a credit card which will be charged with the full tour cost just before the tour date. At the time of booking, all that will happen is a charge will be notified to your card company. Alternatively, if you prefer, a deposit per day of €100 will be charged when booking and the balance will be payable before the tour commences.

Depending on when you cancel there may be no charge, or if close to the event a full charge can be levied. See the terms and conditions on the website or email for a copy. Cancellations

 

Less than 14 days but not more than 48 hours – case by case basis with a maximum charge of 50% of the total cost of the hire

Less than 48 hours – 100% of the total cost of the hire. 14 days or more – unless notified some months in advance the booking deposit will be forfeited. 

Yes, you should always travel with insurance. However, we are fully insured both for the transport of passengers and normal tour activities.

Genealogy Tours are always bespoke and individual because each family is unique. Once the location of your ancestral places is known, I will make suggestions as to what be a good idea to include on the way there and back. You can then decide what you would like to include. I will be open to your suggestions as well.

The minimum is 1 person and the maximum is limited by the number of passenger seats and luggage space available. All tours are private and priced per day and per vehicle. How many seats are filled is up to you.
